Donations to SRI AMMA BHAGAVAN FOUNDATION is subject to following terms & conditions:

1. All Donations are voluntary Contribution by the Donors. We accept Donations only from Indian Resident and from Indian Bank accounts.
2. There are several options to make Donations to SRI AMMA BHAGAVAN FOUNDATION like Cheques, Demand Drafts, Pay Orders, NEFT, RTGS, Credit Card and Debit Card. Donors are requested to use only debit and credit cards issued by banks in India. Cheques, Demand Drafts and Pay Orders have to be made in favour of SRI AMMA BHAGAVAN FOUNDATION.
3. Payments can be made through ONLINE Payment Gateway or OFFLINE. Donors should register in Log in and provide the necessary information for regulatory compliance and provision of receipts to the Donor. E Receipts will be mailed to your registered Email id.
4. Do not handover cash to any person.
5. Corpus donations forms the corpus of the trust. These funds will be applied towards the current and future activities of the trust for religious, spiritual and social activities across the country. General purpose donations shall be utilized for the current social, religious and spiritual activities conducted by the Trust. Donations contributed for any specific purpose will be utilized for such purpose.
6. Donors shall not claim any right or obligations from the trust towards the donations contributed. Donations are not eligible for 80 G deduction under the Income Tax Act 1961.
7. Bank charges for Online Donations either through credit card, debit card and through any other mode of payments shall be borne by the Donor.
8. Donor is solely responsible and liable for providing true and correct information, PAN card, Aadhar Card, credit card, debit card, bank accounts or any other information or uploads that needs to be provided.
9. Debit Card /Credit Card/Bank account information is provided by the Donors on the secure payment gateway of the banks, we (SRI AMMA BHAGAVAN FOUNDATION) do not collect this information.
10. In the event of any failure for transfer of funds as donations due to any technical or other reasons, Donors are requested to take up the matter only with the bank concerned.

REFUND POLICY:

We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received on payment gateway as under -

1. Donations made by the Donors are not refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
2. No cash or refund of money will be allowed.
